Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure. Please note that late arrival may result in loss of the trip without refund.

Ώρα Προσέλευσης & Επιβίβαση

Οι επιβάτες οφείλουν να βρίσκονται στο σημείο επιβίβασης τουλάχιστον 30 λεπτά πριν την αναχώρηση.
Η καθυστερημένη προσέλευση ενδέχεται να οδηγήσει σε απώλεια του ταξιδιού χωρίς δικαίωμα επιστροφής χρημάτων.

Passengers must fully comply with the instructions of the crew and all safety regulations. The use of life-saving equipment is mandatory when requested. Access to restricted areas of the vessel is prohibited.

The company reserves the right to remove any passenger displaying dangerous or inappropriate behavior.

Ασφάλεια Επιβατών

Οι επιβάτες υποχρεούνται να συμμορφώνονται πλήρως με τις οδηγίες του πληρώματος και τους κανόνες ασφαλείας. Η χρήση σωστικών μέσων είναι υποχρεωτική όταν ζητηθεί. Απαγορεύεται η πρόσβαση σε μη επιτρεπόμενους χώρους του σκάφους.

Η εταιρεία διατηρεί το δικαίωμα απομάκρυνσης επιβάτη σε περίπτωση επικίνδυνης ή ανάρμοστης συμπεριφοράς.

Passengers travel at their own responsibility regarding health matters. The company is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions or allergies. Passengers with serious medical conditions must inform the company prior to boarding.

Υγεία Επιβατών

Οι επιβάτες ταξιδεύουν με προσωπική ευθύνη όσον αφορά θέματα υγείας. Η εταιρεία δεν ευθύνεται για προϋπάρχουσες ιατρικές παθήσεις ή αλλεργίες. Σε περίπτωση σοβαρού προβλήματος υγείας, οι επιβάτες οφείλουν να ενημερώσουν την εταιρεία πριν την επιβίβαση.

The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Passengers are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables.

Προσωπικά Αντικείμενα

Η εταιρεία δεν φέρει ευθύνη για απώλεια, κλοπή ή φθορά προσωπικών αντικειμένων. Οι επιβάτες είναι υπεύθυνοι για τη φύλαξη των προσωπικών τους αντικειμένων.

Routes and schedules may be modified or canceled due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or instructions from the competent authorities. The company will make every effort to follow the scheduled itinerary but cannot guarantee it.

Καιρικές Συνθήκες & Τροποποίηση Δρομολογίων

Τα δρομολόγια ενδέχεται να τροποποιηθούν ή να ακυρωθούν λόγω καιρικών συνθηκών, λόγων ασφαλείας ή οδηγιών αρμόδιων αρχών.
Η εταιρεία καταβάλλει κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για την τήρηση του προγράμματος, χωρίς όμως να φέρει ευθύνη για καθυστερήσεις ή αλλαγές.

Excessive alcohol consumption or any behavior that endangers the safety of passengers or crew is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to remove such passengers without compensation.

Κατανάλωση Αλκοόλ & Συμπεριφορά

Η υπερβολική κατανάλωση αλκοόλ ή οποιαδήποτε συμπεριφορά που θέτει σε κίνδυνο την ασφάλεια επιβατών και πληρώματος απαγορεύεται. Η εταιρεία διατηρεί το δικαίωμα απομάκρυνσης επιβάτη χωρίς αποζημίωση.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children.

Παιδιά & Ανήλικοι

Οι ανήλικοι επιβάτες πρέπει να συνοδεύονται από ενήλικα. Οι συνοδοί φέρουν την πλήρη ευθύνη για την ασφάλεια και επίβλεψη των παιδιών.

Pets are allowed only after prior notification and approval by the company and must comply with safety regulations.

Η μεταφορά κατοικιδίων επιτρέπεται μόνο κατόπιν ενημέρωσης και έγκρισης από την εταιρεία και σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες ασφαλείας.

The company may take photographs or video recordings during excursions for advertising purposes.
Passengers have the right to object in writing before departure.

Φωτογράφιση & Χρήση Υλικού

Η εταιρεία ενδέχεται να πραγματοποιεί φωτογράφιση ή βιντεοσκόπηση κατά τη διάρκεια των εκδρομών για διαφημιστικούς σκοπούς. Οι επιβάτες έχουν το δικαίωμα να δηλώσουν εγγράφως την αντίρρησή τους πριν την αναχώρηση.

The company is not liable for damages, injuries or losses due to force majeure, natural phenomena or non-compliance of passengers with safety regulations.

Περιορισμός Ευθύνης

Η εταιρεία δεν ευθύνεται για ζημιές, τραυματισμούς ή απώλειες που οφείλονται σε ανωτέρα βία, φυσικά φαινόμενα ή μη συμμόρφωση των επιβατών με τους κανονισμούς ασφαλείας.

Our latest cruise schedule or program is usually available a few days before the start of the cruise. This is due to the sea and weather conditions and any relevant occurrences. Please call us a few days before your trip for the latest schedule updates.
